 Writing - It's what I do
I enjoy writing. It's always kind of fun to see what falls out of my head... I firmly believe that language is a vehicle to understanding one another, not a set of rules to be followed. In other words, I'm not above mangling a sentence or making up a word to get my point across.
If you have need for some squirrly prose for your nifty and colorful brochure or whatever, just lemme know! I'd be happy to do it... You can see some samples of my writing by simply reading though this web site. I also did quite a bit of the writing for the Hope Talks, Siouxland Sleep Out, American Legion Riders and Healing Run sites as well.
Money money money
If you'd like me to write the text for a project you've already contracted me to do, don't worry about it - we'll figure something out. If you want me to write text for a job someone else is designing, the regular $45 an hour applies. (You're responsible for proofreading the stuff, though. I check it pretty good, but typos do slip through. Thou shalt not holler at me, please. I have delicate feelers.)
As always, the initial consultation is free, but I do charge a consulting fee for any subsequent meetings.
